Digola InstaMonitr - License Agreement and Warranty Disclaimer

Introduction

The Digola InstaMonitr software is distributed as a Trial Version and is subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. Trial Version

Digola does not collect any data from users of the InstaMonitr software. You can use the software with confidence, knowing that your privacy is respected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from this License Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
