EULA - End User License Agreement

Digola InstaMonitr - License Agreement and Warranty Disclaimer

Introduction

This is a license agreement between the Licensor, Digola, Aldo Radesic s.p., Trg komandanta Staneta 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, and the Licensee, who installs the InstaMonitr software. By installing or using this software, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the software.

Trial Version

The Digola InstaMonitr software is distributed as a Trial Version, which grants the Licensee the right to use the software for a period of 21 days from the date of installation. During this period, the software can be used without restrictions or limitations.

After the 21-day trial period, the program will stop functioning.
To regain full functionality, the Licensee must purchase a full version license.

If InstaMonitr is installed on a computer where a full version was previously installed, the software will automatically convert to the full version, and the license terms for the full version will apply.

Distribution

This License allows you to copy and distribute the Trial Version of InstaMonitr, provided that it is not sold or altered in any way. It may be included on CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, or distributed freely on websites and other mechanisms, provided the software remains unchanged.

Use Restrictions

The Trial Version can be used for both personal and commercial purposes, including business support. However, it may not be sold, rented, or otherwise monetized.

Ownership and Copyright

All rights, title, and copyrights to InstaMonitr, including its components, are owned by Digola. The software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. The Licensee must treat the software as any other copyrighted material.

Limitation of Liability

Digola Software assumes no responsibility if changes to Microsoft Windows render some features or the entire InstaMonitr program inoperable. Furthermore, Digola is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this software, even if Digola has been informed of such possibilities.

Data Collection

Digola does not collect any user data from InstaMonitr, ensuring that the Licensee's privacy is fully respected.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Conclusion
